I’m Stephanie, founder of Motherly Housekeeping. I’ve called Whitehorse home since 2000, and over the years I’ve built experience across residential, janitorial, and hospitality cleaning. In 2017, I began working professionally in the industry, and by 2022, I launched my own team to bring that experience to more clients across the Yukon. We offer reliable, judgment-free cleaning services tailored to your needs – because life happens, and we’re here to help. With discretion, consistency, and genuine care, we make sure your home or business stays spotless so you can focus on what matters most.

Hello, my name is Patrick. I was born and raised in Whitehorse and joined Motherly Housekeeping in 2022 as the Janitorial Manager. After spending much of my career in forestry, transitioning into the cleaning industry was a big change – but one that’s been both meaningful and rewarding. My experience maintaining clean, organized workshops and job sites gave me a strong foundation for this role. I take great pride in attention to detail and hold myself and my team to high standards, ensuring every business we service is left feeling fresh, clean, and welcoming.

Hello, my name is Elsa. I was born and raised in Whitehorse . I joined Motherly Housekeeping in May 2025 as a Lead Housekeeper. Growing up in a large family, cleaning and helping out around the home were a part of everyday life. As the youngest sibling, I was always eager to lend a hand and learned early on the value of hard work, responsibility, and attention to detail. I genuinely enjoy cleaning and take pride in creating comfortable, welcoming spaces for others. In addition to this role I also have experience serving clients with my own cleaning business. I look forward to helping our clients enjoy a cleaner, healthier, and more relaxing living space.

Hello, my name is Glowy. I've called Whitehorse home for over 20 years. I joined Motherly Housekeeping in July 2026 as a Lead Housekeeper. With experience in janitorial services and residential cleaning, I have an eye for detail and take pride in making homes feel refreshed. Cleaning is something I enjoy doing and I love being able to help families by creating calm, welcoming spaces. As a dedicated mom, family is at the heart of everything I do, and I bring that same level of care and attention to every home I visit.

Our Lead Housekeepers bring experience, leadership, and a genuine sense of pride to every home they care for. As senior members of our team, they help guide and support other housekeepers while ensuring every service meets Motherly’s exceptional standards of cleanliness and care.
Clients can count on a Lead Housekeeper to maintain consistency, organization, and open communication. They ensure each visit feels seamless, reliable, and handled with thoughtful attention to detail.
Janitorial Manager
Our Janitorial Manager oversees larger commercial and facility cleaning projects, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standard. They coordinate teams, perform inspections, and maintain communication between clients and management to guarantee smooth operations and consistent quality.
