Reduced Rate Increases - Your adjustments are lower than those for new or shorter-term clients. Example: if general rates rise 5%, you may see only 2–3%.

Locked-In Hourly Rate - Permanently locked with no future increases as our thank-you for your continued trust and loyalty.
*Occasional clients qualify for all perks as long as they maintain a minimum of 6 appointments per year.
Example: you have been a client from March 2025- March 2026 and have booked six cleans within that time period - you will qualify for the 1 Year perks. Maintaining 6 cleans per year until March 2028 will qualify you for the 3 Year perks, and so on. Occasional clients are not guaranteed appointments and will be notified when there is availability.
